We just got the first several inches of snow fall here in Raleigh that started this afternoon. It’s supposed to continue until 1 PM tomorrow. I’ve never seen this much snow here before. Other than it making driving a lot more nerve wracking, it’s pretty magical to see everything in a fluffy layer. I almost got lost driving around town because it was so unfamiliar. I guess I’ll be spending the next few days at home, watching the snow fall and reading a good book, and hopefully writing one too.
Thank you for reading,

I think you and I are the last two people who appreciate a beautiful snowfall. Everyone around me is ready for summer and all I want is more snow in my town of McComb, MS. And you just described the perfect day for me. Staying in (but looking out) and sitting by the cozy fire, while I write to my heart’s content. I look forward to reading some of your work. I already enjoyed reading this. Thank you for sharing your snow with me! ❄️❄️♥️☃️♥️❄️❄️

Our snow melted in three days. Now we just have twenty degree temperatures. I figure, if it’s going to be this dang cold then the least it could do is snow! ❄️ Lol 😝
